nigella cake

I’m always on the look out for easy, quick desserts that are elegant enough for a dinner party and yet only need a few ingredients thrown together when I get in from work. This cake from the fabulous Nigella is one my favourite go-to recipes. I make the flour-less version with ground almonds, which gives the cake a wonderful lightness. I like to serve it with creme fraiche and berries. Delicious!  – Miranda
