Am I the only person who gets bored of chocolate after Easter? One egg is definitely my fill. I always melt down the remaining chocolate, stir in cornflakes (or shredded wheat/rice krispies depending on your taste and what’s in the cupboard) and a spoonful of golden syrup, and pop the mix into cake cases to chill. Top with mini eggs and you have some lovely little Easter Nests; perfect for an afternoon snack with a cup of tea. Yum! – Rachel
